By using SDS PAGE, we obtain an overview of food enzymes for regulatory purposes, while looking for their purity and batch-to-batch variations.

We use the bacterial reverse mutation test (Ames) to successfully assess genotoxicity in food and feed products, additives, enzymes, and more.

We can provide a Biogenic Amine Analysis based on a bioinformatic search of the genome, as well as a laboratory in vitro analysis of BA production.

Quantitative Polymerase Chain Reaction (qPCR) couples amplification of a DNA sequence with quantification of the concentration of that DNA species.
